Four generations of ham makers dedicated to the knowledge of the Iberian pig is one of endorsement that our company has that begins to market products of the pig in the mid-nineteenth century.We join into the “Asociación de Ganaderos de España” (Stockbreeder Association of Spain) in 1933, being the begining of a long way where the best product is called “cochino” name that is used by the Spanish peasants to denominate the pig coming from areas where the oak and the cork oak have its natural inhabit. For years we have suceeded in keepping the origin of the product.We have made an exhaustive study of the raw material in order to obtain a quality product, controlling in a very rigorous form both the genetics and the feeding of our pigs that are bred in own property,an extensive system with grass and acorn like basic feeding, obtaining ham and shoulder selected and processed in the traditional way, keeping all its aroma and flavour, for that reason our production is very limitated, but our products have an extraordinary quality, acquiring a delicattesen level.
